Trump Campaigning In Erie This Weekend

ERIE, PA (WNY News Now) – Former President Donald Trump plans to hold a campaign rally in Erie Pa this weekend. 

The rally will be held on Saturday July 28 in the Erie Insurance Arena. Line openings will begin at 8 a.m. with doors opening at 1 p.m.


Things will start to kick off starting at 4 p.m. where special guest speakers will deliver remarks, leading up to the former president taking the stage at 6 p.m.

This will be Former President Trump’s fourth rally in Erie. The last three taking place in 2016, 2018, and 2020.

The Mayor of Erie plans to bill the Former President ahead of the rally. He also stated that Trump still owes the City of Erie an unpaid $35,000 dollar bill from the 2018 rally.



The high costs are related to the overtime pay for staff and police presence for the arena.
