Mayville, NY (WNY News Now) – On July 30, 2023 Chautauqua County Sheriff Officers conducted a traffic stop on S. Erie St. in the Village of Mayville. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Vanessa E. Escalante (23) of Buffalo, NY.
Further investigation revealed that Ms. Escalante was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated, leading to her arrest and subsequent charges of DWI, DWI per se, and Speed in Zone.
She was later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date and time.
