Ellicott, NY (WNY News Now) – Ellicott Officers have arrested Angie M. Tubbs (18) after concluding an investigation into a domestic incident complaint.
Allegedly, Tubbs provided the Town of Ellicott Police with a written statement she knew to be false at the time. She is now facing charges of making a punishable false written statement and has been issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court on a later date to answer to the charge.
