
Buffalo, NY (WNY News Now) – Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced yesterday that (21) Teiyahna Bivens a resident of Buffalo has been arraigned before State Supreme Court Justice Debra Givens on one count of Manslaughter in the First Degree which is classified as a Class “B” violent felony.
Teiyahna Bivens, a 21-year-old Buffalo resident has been arraigned on one count of Manslaughter in the First Degree for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend Micqueal Rogers on July 23, 2023. Rogers passed away due to his injuries shortly after the incident. Bivens’ pre-trial conference is scheduled for August 9, 2023, with a maximum potential prison sentence of 25 years if she is convicted. The Buffalo Police Department’s efforts in the investigation have been commended by District Attorney John J. Flynn.
