(WNY News Now) – The City of Dunkirk, Dunkirk City School District, and United Way of Northern Chautauqua County are gearing up for the annual Back To School Bash, a community event offering free school supplies and festivities for Dunkirk city school children and families.

Dunkirk – The annual Back To School Bash is set to take place on Monday, August 28, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the lower pavilion in Point Gratiot Park. The event aims to provide essential supplies and an enjoyable experience for local students and families. The first 500 registered children, starting from 4 p.m., will receive free backpacks filled with school supplies, hygiene products, and incentives, courtesy of The Teacher’s Desk.
