(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a Perrysburg man for a bench warrant on August 28, 2023.
Randolph – Stuart L. Elijah (33) from Perrysburg was arrested by Cattaraugus County Sheriff deputies on August 28, 2023. Elijah was taken into custody due to an active bench warrant issued by the Town of Perrysburg Court.
The incident unfolded on School St. in Randolph, NY (14772). Following his arrest, Elijah faced arraignment at the Town of Perrysburg Court.
He was subsequently held on $2000 cash bail and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail. Elijah, who resides at 301 Court St., Little Valley, NY (Homeless), is slated to appear in the Town of Perrysburg Court for further legal proceedings.
