(WNY News Now) – A Cold Spring, NY, man was apprehended on August 28, 2023 on charges of Harassment.

Salamanca – Thomas R. Calkins, 54, from Cold Spring, NY, was apprehended on August 28, 2023, around 6:14 p.m.. He faces charges of Harassment in the second degree following a reported verbal dispute with his stepson.

Allegedly making threats, Calkins was taken into custody and arraigned at Salamanca Town Court.

Following the arrest, he was released, but a restraining order was issued. Calkins is slated to appear at Cold Spring Town Court for additional legal proceedings on a later date.
