Warrior Rising Offers Free Mobile Franchise to Veteran Entrepreneurs

(WNY News Now) – Non-profit organization Warrior Rising partners with Dirty Dough to provide a valuable opportunity for a business-minded Veteran to own a mobile franchise worth over $200,000.

Warrior Rising, a non-profit founded by Veterans for Veterans, is collaborating with nationwide cookie franchisor Dirty Dough to present a unique chance for a deserving Veteran to secure a Dirty Dough mobile franchise free of charge, valued at more than $200,000. This initiative aligns with Warrior Rising’s mission to empower Veterans and their immediate family members to achieve success in the business world.

The application period for the contest is open until September 24, 2023. Warrior Rising, committed to transforming Veterans into “Vetrepreneurs,” offers unwavering support through mentorship, guidance, education, and training. The organization’s 40-video curriculum, the Warrior Academy, and coaching sessions aim to equip Veterans with the tools needed to thrive as entrepreneurs.

To apply, Veterans are required to provide basic information, including their name, contact details, Veteran status, and willingness to relocate if necessary. The application process also involves sharing a video on social media explaining why they deserve this opportunity, utilizing the hashtag #dirtydoughrising.

The recipient of the Dirty Dough mobile franchise will be announced on Veterans Day, November 11, during Warrior Rising’s business shower event in Salt Lake City. While the franchise itself is free, prospective franchisees should note that additional costs like licensing and supplies may apply, and financial and other qualifications will be assessed by the franchisor.
