(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man was arrested for allegedly choking a woman in the city of Jamestown.
Jamestown – Demarco D Lathan, 34, of Jamestown faces charges of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation. On 8/31/23 at approximately 6:08 p.m. officers of the second platoon responded to an address on the East side of the City for a fight.
Through investigation it was determined that Demarco Lathan did choke a female victim making it difficult for her to breathe.
Demarco was arrested and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. Demarco is being held pending arraignment.
