(WNY News Now) – A 60-year-old resident of Jamestown, was apprehended by Jamestown Police officers on 8/30/23 for an outstanding warrant related to Controlled Substance possession.
Jamestown – On August 30th, 2023, around 8:08 PM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department detained Danny L. Keith while he was walking on Thayer St. near Falconer St.
Having knowledge of Keith’s active warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree, officers took him into custody. During a routine search upon arrest, officers discovered methamphetamine in his possession, leading to an additional charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Keith remains held at Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.
