(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown resident is in custody after allegedly damaging windows at a Southside residence, resulting in charges of 4th-degree criminal mischief.

Jamestown – On September 1, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Jamestown City officers from the second platoon responded to a trespassing incident. Investigation revealed that Brandon Hodge had intentionally damaged two windows belonging to a female victim.

Hodge was subsequently charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief and has been placed in custody at the Jamestown City Jail. He will remain there until his arraignment.
