(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown woman was arrested on charges of Burglary 3rd Degree and Petit Larceny after officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon responded to a larceny in progress at a south side business on September 1, 2023, at 3:55 p.m..

Jamestown – In response to a reported larceny in progress, officers of the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon apprehended Jennifer Allen, 38, of Jamestown near a south side business on September 1, 2023, at 3:55 PM. Allen was found in possession of stolen items from the establishment, despite having been previously warned to stay away from the property.

As a result Jennifer Allen faces charges of 3rd Degree Burglary, classified as a D Felony, along with Petit Larceny. She was subsequently transported to the Jamestown City Jail and is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
