(WNY News Now) – A 19-year-old male was arrested on September 2, 2023, at the Cherry St. parking ramp on 15 W. 5th St. for trespassing, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Jamestown – At around 8:01 pm, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon discovered Kayin J. Ziolkowski, 19, of Jamestown trespassing in the stairwell of the Cherry St. parking ramp, which was clearly marked with ‘No Trespass’ signage.

Despite having no vehicle or legitimate reason to be inside the ramp, Ziolkowski was issued an appearance ticket for trespass. He is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
