(WNY News Now) – Three Jamestown residents were apprehended by Jamestown Police on charges of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree on Saturday, 9/2/2023.

Jamestown – On the evening of September 2, 2023, at approximately 5:28 PM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a reported trespass on the North side.

The officers discovered Tyler Brown, 30, Jason Passinger, 48, and Eric Ramos Astacio, 27, inside an old office at the location, with no authorization to be there. Without further incident, all three were taken into custody and transported to the City Jail.

They now await arraignment at Jamestown City Court on their charges of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree.
