(WNY News Now) – A 34-year-old resident of Yorkshire, NY, has been arrested on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in connection with an incident dating back to April 21, 2023.
Yorkshire – Michelle Perrington, 34, of Yorkshire, NY, was arrested on charges related to drug possession and paraphernalia usage. The incident in question dates back to April 21, 2023, and has led to her being apprehended and arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court.
Following her arraignment, Perrington has been remanded to CC Jail without bail. Her case is scheduled for further proceedings in Ashford Town Court at a later date.
