(WNY News Now) – On September 1, 2023, Charles N. Eich, 63, of Hamburg, NY, was arrested by Troopers from State Police Boston for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) following a traffic stop on State Route 5 in Buffalo.
Buffalo – During the routine traffic stop, Troopers observed Charles N. Eich displaying signs of impairment. Subsequent standardized field sobriety tests confirmed that Eich had been operating his vehicle while under the influence. Consequently, Eich was taken into custody and transported to State Police Boston.
