(WNY News Now) – Five individuals, including one with an outstanding bench warrant, were arrested on several charges, including criminal trespass, obstruction of government administration, and child endangerment, in Jamestown on September 8, 2023.
Jamestown – On September 8, 2023, at around 1:00 pm, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 1st platoon witnessed Justin M. Rowe, a 23-year-old male with an outstanding bench warrant, entering an address on Prendergast Ave. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Rowe had entered an apparently vacant apartment in an attempt to evade the officers.
Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Rowe, officers eventually entered the apartment. Inside, they found not only Rowe but also Keith J. Seice (36), Kristine E. McCool (38), William E. Blakey (35), and Ella D. Rodgers (56), all allegedly unlawfully residing within the apartment.
All five individuals were taken into custody without incident and subsequently transported to the Jamestown City Jail. They are facing charges of criminal trespass in the second degree and obstructing government administration in the second degree.
Keith J. Seice was found in direct violation of a valid stay-away order of protection involving a juvenile, resulting in additional charges of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal contempt in the first degree, and aggravated family offense due to his criminal history.
Currently, all five subjects remain in custody, pending arraignment at the Jamestown City Court.
