Jamestown – On September 8, 2023, at around 1:00 pm, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 1st platoon witnessed Justin M. Rowe, a 23-year-old male with an outstanding bench warrant, entering an address on Prendergast Ave. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Rowe had entered an apparently vacant apartment in an attempt to evade the officers.

Keith J. Seice was found in direct violation of a valid stay-away order of protection involving a juvenile, resulting in additional charges of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal contempt in the first degree, and aggravated family offense due to his criminal history.
