(WNY News Now) – A motorcycle accident on Panama-Stedman Rd in the Town of N. Harmony on September 16, 2023, at approximately 9:11 pm resulted in DWI charges for an Ashville resident.
N. Harmony – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single motorcycle accident, with Levi M. Trask identified as the operator. Trask, a 52-year-old male from Ashville, NY, was promptly transported to Hamot Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that Trask was allegedly driving while intoxicated. He is now set to face the DWI charges at the N. Harmony Court on a later date and time.
