ROCHESTER, NY (WNY News Now) – A drug dealer residing in Elmira has been sentenced to serve 144 months in prison after being convicted of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of meth and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
43-year-old Shawn Urbaniak was arrested on June 22 of 2022 after a search was conducted of his Elmira residence.
During the search, authorities recovered almost two pounds of meth, over 50 grams of fentanyl, over 50 grams of heroin, and drug paraphernalia.
