(WNY News Now) – A 36-year-old Jamestown resident is facing charges of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree (4 counts) and Resisting Arrest after allegedly violating an order of protection.

Jamestown – On September 19, 2023, at around 5:00 pm, officers from the Second Platoon responded to a domestic dispute call on the south side. Upon arrival, a female victim reported that Silk E. Spencer had been knocking on her windows. Spencer, who had a restraining order to stay away from the victim and her child, had left the scene before officers arrived. Later that evening, at approximately 8:50 PM, the victim called again, reporting Spencer’s return and attempts to communicate through the windows.
