(WNY News Now) – On September 20, 2023, a 29-year-old male from Jamestown, NY, was apprehended by officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Violent Crime Unit near 15 S Main St. The arrest was made in connection with an active bench warrant for Criminal Trespass 3rd issued by Jamestown City Court. During the arrest, law enforcement officers allegedly discovered a quantity of Fentanyl leading to additional charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Jamestown – Zachary A. Wilson, 29, was taken into custody by the Jamestown Police Department’s Violent Crime Unit at 0048 hours on September 20, 2023, in the vicinity of 15 S Main St. The arrest was made based on an existing bench warrant issued by Jamestown City Court for Criminal Trespass 3rd.
During the arrest, officers discovered a quantity of Fentanyl in Wilson’s possession, resulting in additional charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Wilson is currently being held at the Jamestown City Jail, pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court at a later time.
