(WNY News Now) – Two individuals both residents of Jamestown, were issued appearance tickets for trespassing at the Cherry St. parking ramp located at 15 W. 5th St. on the evening of 9/20/23.
Jamestown – At around 5:50 pm on September 20th, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon responded to a trespassing complaint at the Cherry St. parking ramp. Upon arrival, they discovered Michael L. Morley, 27, and Cassandra M. Hicks, 26, allegedly loitering in the stairwell on the top level of the ramp.
The parking facility was clearly marked with “no trespassing” signs, and neither individual had a legitimate reason to be present.
As a result, both Morley and Hicks were issued appearance tickets for trespassing and are scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date. They were subsequently released pending their court appearance.
