(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau has arrested a Little Valley, NY, man on charges of third-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, following an investigation.
Little Valley – In a recent development, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau apprehended Richard L. Lecceardone Jr., aged 42, residing in Little Valley, NY. The arrest was made in connection with allegations of third-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
The incident came to light after an investigation conducted by Detective Wendy A. Hamacher, with assistance from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Following the arrest, Richard L. Lecceardone Jr. was processed at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Little Valley Court at a later date to address the charges.
