(WNY News Now) – On September 22, 2023, at approximately 10:55 am, two Jamestown residents were issued appearance tickets for trespassing while standing between the first and second levels of the Spring Street Parking Ramp.
A routine patrol conducted by a First Platoon officer at the Spring Street Parking Ramp led to the discovery of Alex C. Peru, 31, and Remy L. Kelly, 24, who were not patrons of the facility. The officer issued appearance tickets for trespassing to both individuals.
The incident occurred on September 22, 2023, and took place at the Spring Street Parking Ramp located at 311 Spring Street in Jamestown, New York. Peru and Kelly, both residents of Jamestown, were found standing in a stairwell between the first and second levels of the parking ramp.
Both subjects have been released with appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court on a later date.
