(WNY News Now) – On September 24, 2023, law enforcement agencies responded to a despondent person report in the Town of Carroll, NY, leading to the arrest of a Frewsburg resident on charges of Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree.
Frewsburg – Deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Troopers were dispatched to Sandberg Rd in Frewsburg, NY, at approximately 5:30 pm on September 24th, 2023, in response to reports of a despondent individual.
Upon investigation, it was revealed that Ryan D. Edwards had allegedly made threats of physical harm to another individual over the phone.
Subsequently, Edwards was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree. Following his arrest, Edwards was transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being further transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for a Centralized Arraignment.
