(WNY News Now) – Two Jamestown residents were issued appearance tickets for trespassing in the Cherry St. parking ramp by Jamestown police officers on 9/27/23.
Jamestown – On September 27, 2023, at around 5:08 pm, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon conducted a routine area check of the Cherry St. parking ramp. During the inspection, officers encountered Jason L. Passinger, 48, and David T. Koch, 36, both residents of Jamestown, who were found inside the ramp without a vehicle or any apparent legitimate reason to be present.
Passinger and Koch were issued appearance tickets for trespassing. They were subsequently released from the scene and will be required to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
