Teenager Pleads Not Guilty to Multiple Charges

(WNY News Now) – A 19-year-old resident of Buffalo, New York, has entered a plea of not guilty to a series of charges including burglary, theft, resisting arrest, and reckless driving, following an incident in the Town of Yorkshire on or about November 9, 2022.

Yorkshire – James Kenner, born on July 20, 2003, appeared in court and formally denied all charges against him, which include Burglary in the Third Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, Resisting Arrest, Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree, Unlawful Fleeing, Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, and Reckless Driving.

The alleged incident involved Kenner entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime, theft of property, and reckless conduct that posed a serious risk to another individual’s life.


The case will now proceed to the motion phase, with the next court date pending.
