(WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old male with an active Felony Arrest Warrant from Jamestown City Court was apprehended by the Jamestown Police Department Violent Crime Unit in the early hours of October 5th, 2023, on Forest Ave.
Jamestown – At approximately 01:59 AM, officers spotted Logan M. Waterman, 41, and, aware of his warrant, took him into custody without resistance. A subsequent search allegedly revealed possession of methamphetamine.
Waterman is currently detained at the City Jail, pending arraignment on charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, in addition to his existing warrants.
