(WNY News Now) – A traffic stop on Route 219 in Great Valley, NY, led to the arrest of a Salamanca, NY, man for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Great Valley – On October 9, 2023, at approximately 2:27 PM, Stephen M. Dodge, a 58-year-old resident of Salamanca, NY, was taken into custody following a routine traffic stop on Route 219 in Great Valley, New York (ZIP 14741). During the stop, law enforcement officers allegedly discovered narcotics in the possession of Dodge and his passenger.
Dodge was promptly arrested, processed, and subsequently released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Great Valley Town Court on a later date to address the charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
