(WNY News Now) – A 35-year-old Jamestown resident was arrested on October 13, 2023, following her failure to appear in court to address a Petit Larceny charge.
Busti – Miranda E. Evans, a 35-year-old resident of Jamestown, NY, was taken into custody on October 13, 2023. Evans had an outstanding warrant issued by the Lakewood-Busti Police Department due to her repeated failure to appear in court to address a charge of Petit Larceny.
Following her arrest, she was transported to custody, and bail will be determined by the Town of Busti Court. Evans is scheduled to make her appearance in the Town of Busti Court at a later date.
