(WNY News Now) – On October 17, 2023, at approximately 6:30 PM, an alarming incident of assault and trespass occurred on the North side of Jamestown, involving two residents of Jamestown.

Jamestown – Officers were summoned to UPMC following a report of a severe assault resulting in significant physical injuries. The alleged incident transpired within a condemned residence. Subsequent to a thorough investigation, the condemned residence was identified, and officers conducted a clearance operation, during which they apprehended Bryan Carroll, the suspect allegedly responsible for the assault. Additionally, Kristin Dale was allegedly discovered within the condemned premises. Both individuals were taken into custody and subsequently transported to the city jail.
