(WNY News Now) – In a midday operation on October 14, 2023, a Salamanca man was taken into custody by local deputies as they executed an active arrest warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Salamanca – On the morning of October 14, 2023, law enforcement officials in Salamanca, New York, arrested Emery L. Jacobs, a 23-year-old resident of 69 Iroquois Drive, Salamanca, NY 14779. The apprehension came as a result of deputies attempting to execute an active arrest warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Emery L. Jacobs was taken into custody at approximately 11:47 AM, following the warrant execution. The specific charges against Jacobs were identified as “F C A – VO,” which pertains to Family Court Act violations.
After being apprehended, Jacobs was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Jail in Salamanca, where he will remain in custody pending further legal proceedings.
