Jamestown Resident Faces Criminal Mischief Charge

(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old female resident of Jamestown, is currently held in custody pending arraignment after allegedly damaging property during a domestic dispute, leading to a Criminal Mischief 4th Degree charge.

Jamestown – On the evening of October 22, 2023, at approximately 5:12 PM, the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a reported domestic dispute in the southern part of the city. Subsequent investigation alleged that Jordan A. Johnson, a 29-year-old city resident, was involved in the dispute and had allegedly caused damage to property belonging to the victim.

Without any reported incidents during her apprehension, Johnson was placed under police custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. She is currently being held, awaiting arraignment on a charge of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.


The details surrounding the domestic dispute and the extent of the property damage remain undisclosed in this report. The case is set to proceed in Jamestown City Court.
