Gowanda Resident Pleads Not Guilty to Criminal Mischief Charges

(WNY News Now) – A Gowanda man has entered a plea of not guilty to two counts of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree stemming from an incident that occurred on or about March 13, 2023, in the Town of Persia. 

GOWANDA, NY – Travis Wright, a Gowanda resident born on April 2, 1982, pleaded not guilty to charges of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree (PL 145.10) and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree (PL 145.14) in connection with an incident that transpired on or about March 13, 2023, within the Town of Persia. The charges allege that Mr. Wright intentionally damaged another person’s property, with the damages exceeding $1,500 in value, and without legal justification.
