East Otto Man Pleads Not Guilty to DWI

(WNY News Now) – A resident of E. Otto, New York, entered a plea of not guilty to charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the first degree. 

Ellicottville – Philip Fronczak, a resident of E. Otto, New York, born on July 31, 1981, has pleaded not guilty to charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the first degree.

The incident in question occurred on or about April 15, 2023, in the Town of Ellicottville, when Fronczak allegedly operated a motor vehicle on a public highway while being in an intoxicated state. Additionally, he is charged with having reason to know that his license and privilege to operate a motor vehicle were suspended or revoked at the time.


The legal proceedings in this case have been adjourned for motions.
