
(WNY News Now) – A 32-year-old man was apprehended and is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court after allegedly assaulting and menacing another individual on the east side.
Jamestown – On October 31, 2023, at approximately 11:28 a.m., Jamestown Police Department officers responded to a disturbance call at an east side address. Upon arrival, officers interviewed the victim, who alleged that Kyle S. Shaw had confronted them on their porch while brandishing a knife. Shaw allegedly made multiple threats to the victim, and at one point, swung the knife at them, resulting in an injury to the victim’s right leg.
Subsequently, Shaw was located at his nearby residence and taken into custody by the authorities. He is facing charges of second-degree assault and second-degree menacing in connection with the incident.
The case is currently pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court, and Shaw remains in custody.
