Arrest Made Following Burglary Investigation


(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office Criminal Investigation Bureau has concluded its inquiry, resulting in the arrest of a South Dayton man and three other defendants on charges of Burglary in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny. The alleged incident involves the theft of tools from a privately owned garage.

Cattaraugus County – Following an investigation led by the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, an arrest has been made in connection to a reported burglary. Travis R. Terry, 32, along with three other defendants, stands accused of breaking into a privately owned garage and absconding with tools.

The incident prompted action from law enforcement, resulting in Terry’s apprehension. The accused was formally charged with one count of Burglary in the Third Degree and one count of Petit Larceny. Travis R. Terry was arraigned at the Town of Perrysburg Court, where he was subsequently released on his own recognizance.
