(WNY News Now) – On November 22, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested a 29-year-old Bliss, NY woman for Driving While Intoxicated – Previous Conviction Within Ten Years and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.

Yorkshire – During a traffic stop on State Route 16 in the town of Yorkshire, Troopers observed Katrina L. Witt, 29, allegedly exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication and determined she had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Witt failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene.  She was then arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.22% BAC.

Witt was released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where she is due to appear in December.
