Barrick, 40, of Olean, NY, was apprehended by SP Machias Troopers on November 25, 2023, at 7:18 pm, and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (With a Child Passenger Less Than 16) – Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. The arrest, which took place in Allegany, involved violations under VTL 1192 04 (Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs) and VTL 1192 2-AB (Aggravated DWI: With Child Passenger-1st Offense).
