(WNY News Now) – A 38-year-old Jamestown resident, is held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court for Criminal Tampering 3rd Degree following an incident on W 3rd St/Cherry St.

Jamestown – On November 27, 2023, at approximately 6:30 pm, Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon officers responded to a reported disorderly subject at W 3rd St/Cherry St. Investigation revealed that Allen allegedly poured an alcoholic beverage on a building resident who had informed her of a prior ban from the premises. Allen fled before officers arrived but was apprehended shortly afterward without further issue.

Currently detained in City Jail, Allen awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court for the charge of Criminal Tampering 3rd Degree.
