(WNY News Now) – On November 23, 2023, State Police Machias Troopers arrested a 23-year-old Tonawanda, NY man for Driving While Intoxicated.
Machias – During a traffic stop on State Route 16 in the town of Machias, Troopers observed Donaldson exhibiting alleged signs of intoxication and determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Donaldson allegedly failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was then arrested and transported to State Police Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.14% BAC.
Donaldson was released with appearance tickets for Machias Town Court, where he is due to appear in January.
