Felony Warrant Arrest: Suspect Apprehended in Buffalo

(WNY News Now) – On November 29, 2023, at 7:40pm, deputies arrested 30-year-old Little Valley, NY, man at the Erie County Holding Center on a Felony Bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.

Buffalo, N.Y. – Deputies, responding to a dispatch on November 29th at 18:24, apprehended Aaron J. Leo at 10 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY, on an active warrant. The 30-year-old was taken into custody at the Erie County Holding Center and transported to Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending further court proceedings.

Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb confirms that the arrest was made in accordance with a Felony Bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Details surrounding the warrant were not immediately available.
