(WNY News Now) – A Salamanca, New York woman has entered a guilty plea to an indictment accusing her of Petit Larceny, involving the theft of property exceeding $3,000 between March and July 2022 in the City of Salamanca.

Salamanca, N.Y. – Michelle Booth-Garland, aged 52, admitted guilt to charges of Petit Larceny arising from an incident in Salamanca between March and July 2022. The indictment states she stole property valued at over $3,000.

Booth-Garland’s plea was submitted recently, and her sentencing is slated for February 5th, 2023.
