(WNY News Now) -A 45-year-old West Valley woman was sentenced in West Valley, New York, on Monday December 4, 2023 for driving under the influence with a child in the vehicle.
West Valley, N.Y. – Christina Gast, a West Valley resident has been sentenced to two years of probation following her conviction for Driving While Intoxicated. The incident took place around February 2, 2021, in the Town of Ashford. Gast operated a vehicle on a public highway while intoxicated, with a child present in the car.
