(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 31-year-old resident of Jamestown, NY, was arrested on December 29, 2023, at 1:45AM for driving while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th on Charles St.
In the early hours of December 29, 2023, the Jamestown Police Department’s DWI Unit and Violence Interdiction Unit discovered Joshua M. Spagnualo slumped over the wheel on Charles St. An investigation revealed that Spagnualo had allegedly been operating the vehicle under the influence of drugs. A subsequent search uncovered a quantity of Fentanyl in his possession.
The 31-year-old was promptly taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. Subsequently he was released with traffic tickets. The case is set to be heard at Jamestown City Court.
