(WNY News Now) – A 61-year-old woman faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Aggravated DWI with a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of .18 or higher, among others, following a traffic stop on E 6th St / Prendergast Ave.

On 01/11/24, at 1:43 p.m., Jamestown Officers observed Kelly B. Hodges driving in the wrong direction on a one-way street. A subsequent traffic stop revealed Hodges was under the influence of alcohol. Placed into custody, she was transported to Jamestown City Jail, where her BAC was found to be over .18%. Hodges faces charges including DWI, Aggravated DWI, and multiple Uniform Traffic Tickets for observed violations. Released with appearance tickets, she awaits a court date in Jamestown City Court. The incident underscores the importance of vigilance in enforcing traffic safety laws.
