(WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old Jamestown resident was arrested by Jamestown Police on 1/24/24 at 4:00 AM for engaging in a Criminal Sexual Act without consent.
In the early hours of 1/24/24, Jamestown Police responded to an East side address, where they found evidence suggesting Jason R. Alexander had non-consensual sexual conduct with another person. Alexander was swiftly located at his residence and taken into custody without resistance. The 41-year-old now faces charges of Criminal Sexual Act 3rd degree. Currently held in Jamestown City Jail, he awaits arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
