(WNY News Now) – A 42-year old Delevan man was arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office following a trespass complaint at 13 Church Street, Delevan, NY.
On Feb. 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM, deputies discovered an active arrest warrant for John H. Rose issued by Erie County during their investigation into the trespass complaint. The arrest followed a thorough examination of the incident, during which Rose was found to have an active warrant. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and handed over to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.
