(WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old resident of Cherry Creek was apprehended on Feb. 24, 2024 at 7:28 p.m. by Jamestown Police during a routine traffic stop at Steele St. / Barrett Ave.
The arrest follows the discovery of 8.0 grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms in Stephen A. Hinkley’s possession. Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Hinkley is currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
