(WNY News Now) – On Feb. 29, 2024, Ellicott Police responded to a warrant call, leading to the arrest of a 36-year old man on charges including endangering the welfare of a child and traffic violations.

Ellicott Police, on February 29, 2024, responded to reports of a wanted suspect, Todd A. Bloomberg, at an Ellicott address. Bloomberg, 36, faced confirmed warrants for endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd, assault 3rd, and criminal obstruction of breathing. Additional warrants included traffic violations such as failure to obey a police officer, operating a motorcycle without a helmet, and operating a motorcycle without a face shield. Bloomberg was taken to EPD for processing and subsequently transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
